When should I replace my HVAC system rather than repair it?
When repairs start repeating, the system is past 15–20 years, or comfort and bills keep degrading — replacement usually beats another patch. We inspect honestly and tell you which side of that line your system is on.
What does a full HVAC replacement include?
Removal of the old equipment, right-sized new furnace and/or AC or heat pump, connection to sound ductwork (replaced where needed), electrical and gas work, permits, and full commissioning with airflow verification.
Do you install heat pumps?
Yes. Modern heat pumps heat and cool efficiently in the Bay Area climate, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a heat pump or a conventional split makes more sense for your home and utility rates.
Why does duct condition matter so much?
Because the best equipment can’t overcome leaking, undersized ducts. We evaluate distribution with every install, and when ducts need replacing we handle it as one coordinated project.
How long does an installation take?
